Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1-2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 10-12 ounces plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk for thinning optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined.  
  • This is a fairly thick sauce (makes a great dip for veggies or for pita chips) so I usually add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to thin it out for dressing.
