Traditional Chicken Salad

Servings 8 1/2 cup servings
- 3 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- salt & pepper if needed
Combine chicken, celery and onion in a large bowl.
Add half of the salad dressing, stirring to incorporate.
Continue adding as much of the remaining dressing as needed to hold the other ingredients together.
Taste and add salt and/or pepper, if needed.
