You had me at rhubarb. Or was it gin? Regardless, I’m pretty darn happy to have jars of this Rhubarb Gin Jam in my pantry!

Recipe from @fabfood4all. My only tweaks to the recipe were using my immersion blender to purée the jam mixture after the sugar dissolved and it had simmered for a couple minutes, and I gave the filled jars a 5-min hot water bath. Oh, and I used @tanqueraygin! Makes me want to add a teaspoon of jam to my next G&T!!

So far … so good! I got a tip this spring to sew my carrot and radishes seeds together. It’s really quite a genius trick! The radishes emerge and are harvested first, leaving room for the carrots to be spaced apart and grow throughout the summer! Today was the first picking of radishes and my first sighting of the carrot fronds. 🙌
Who loves radishes?
Do you eat them any way other than with salt? 😋
